Mobile tickets, also known as digital tickets, are a convenient and paperless way to store and access your tickets on your smartphone. Mobile tickets allow the ticket holder to transfer tickets seamlessly via a trusted site and help prevent loss or theft.
Most single event tickets, including resale market, for Indy Fuel, Fishers Freight, Indy Ignite and other Fishers Event Center events will be available to purchase through Ticketmaster.com. Please find the event detail page on our Events & Tickets page to purchase tickets!
For Indy Fuel, Fishers Freight, and Indy Ignite home games any child 2 years of age or under will be admitted into Fishers Event Center without a ticket provided that they sit on an adult's lap and do not occupy a seat. Any child older than these set guidelines will require a ticket to enter the arena. Please note that venue shows (especially those intended for children) will have a different age policy. Please visit the Events & Tickets page and click on the event you are attending to view the age requirement prior to purchasing tickets.
We understand conflicts may arise preventing you from using your event tickets. However, all sales are final. Fishers Event Center does not offer refunds or exchanges for ticket purchases.
All tickets will be digital for Fishers Event Center. Therefore, Will Call will not be available at the Fishers Event Center Ticket Office.
In accordance with Fishers Event Center security procedures, guests may not exit and re-enter the Event Center using the same ticket.
Our aim is to offer convenient access for all patrons. On non-event days, the ticket office will be open Wednesday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. On event days, it will open one hour before doors open. Please note that ticket office hours may be subject to change.
Accessible seats will be available to purchase online through our ticket provider's website, Ticketmaster.com, and through the Ticket Office during normal hours of operation. Fishers Event Center will provide wheelchair and companion seating on all levels. Please note that event day relocations will be LIMITED and are not guaranteed but may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Check with the Ticket Office or Guest Services windows across from section 109 on event day if you are in need of relocation.

Accessing Tickets:
Tickets to all events at Fishers Event Center will be mobile tickets. Fans can utilize their mobile tickets via the Ticketmaster app which is available on the App Store and Google Play. No hard, physical tickets will be printed for any event at Fishers Event Center. Customers MUST have a smartphone to access their tickets.
Fishers Event Center will utilize Ticketmaster’s SafeTix, a rotating barcode that changes frequently. Screenshots, tickets with a QR code, and/or print-at-home tickets or other PDF’s will not be accepted.
ADA
Accessible seats will be available to purchase online through our ticket provider's website, Ticketmaster.com, and through our Ticket Office during hours of operation.
Fishers Event Center will ensure equal access and enjoyment for all individuals, regardless of ability. Accessible seating is available for all events at FEC. Accessible seating is reserved exclusively for guests with accessible requirements and their companions. Guests requiring accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and up to three (3) companion seats adjacent to the accessible seat, if available. Depending on availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space.
Ticketmaster provides useful filtering tools through their online platform to help find the accessible seating most suitable for you. Along the right-hand side of the ticket purchase page, click or tap on the button labeled “Filters,” then turn on the Accessibility slider/toggle below. From there, you can specify your needs. Once you are satisfied, click or tap “Apply Filters” to see all tickets available that meet your requirements. Please remember that all seating is subject to availability.

Reasonable accommodation will be made for any individual who may need to exchange their tickets on the day of an event for accessible seating. ADA ticket relocations are based on first come, first serve, and are limited in availability day of show.
Credit Card and Mobile Payment Only (Cashless)
Fishers Event Center is a cashless building and will only accept card and mobile payment. All mobile vendors, concession stands, bars, and retail locations require the use of a card or mobile payment.

Point of Sale

Online Sales- All transactions made online for ticket purchases require a credit card. You may choose from VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. In-Person ticket purchases- The Fishers Event Center Ticket Office will accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. When paying with a credit card, photo identification matching the customer on-site and credit card are required. Gift cards, even with the VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express logo, will not be accepted. All tickets will be digital, sent directly to your smartphone via mobile delivery. There will be no hard, physical tickets for events at Fishers Event Center.
Re-entry Policy

If you have already purchased tickets from a re-seller, the safest way to ensure that your tickets are valid is to insist that the re-seller transfers the tickets to your Ticketmaster account (there is no cost for the re-seller to do this).

We understand conflicts may arise preventing you from using your event tickets. However, all sales are final. Fishers Event Center does not offer refunds or exchanges for ticket purchases.
Ticket Resolution
For any issues with purchasing tickets or accessing your tickets after purchasing, please contact the Fishers Event Center Ticket Office in advance during open hours of operation or via ticketoffice@asmfishers.com. Day of show issues can be assisted with at the main Ticket Office when it opens.
Transferring Tickets
Easily transfer tickets to each member of your party. Either before entering the gates or once inside, it is a good idea to transfer a ticket to each member of your group before entering the seating area. Transferring your tickets will allow everyone to re-enter the seating area even if your group splits up. It is the same idea as making sure everyone has a ticket stub before they go to the restroom or concessions. Get started by opening the Ticketmaster app and tapping the “Transfer” button. Please note that each ticket recipient will also need a Ticketmaster account to receive the transferred ticket.
Wheelchair & Companion Seating
Fishers Event Center will provide wheelchair and companion seating on all levels. Please note that event day relocations are LIMITED and are not guaranteed but may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Check with your section seating host for availability of seats.
Personal chairs, stools, chair cushions or other seating equipment are not permitted inside of the Event Center.
Will Call
All tickets will be digital for Fishers Event Center. Therefore, Will Call will not be available at the Fishers Event Center Ticket Office.

Ticketing Policies and Procedures
Your ticket is a one-time revocable license to attend an event. By using a ticket and entering the venue, the ticket holder consents to the venue’s policies.
Artists, programs, and dates are subject to change. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, you may choose to accept the new date or obtain a refund back to the original form of payment.
Recording devices, prohibited weapons, and outside food or drink are not permitted in Fishers Event Center.
Fishers Event Center is a non-smoking venue including e-cigarettes, tobacco, or marijuana products.
Guests who engage in disorderly conduct or any other behavior deemed detrimental to Fishers Event Center and/or the experience of other guests may be asked to leave the venue. Patrons asked to leave will not receive a refund or be compensated for their loss. Disorderly conduct may include- but is not limited to- the following:

Intentional blocking the view of other patrons by standing on chairs or placing children on their shoulders.

Drunk and disorderly conduct, including underage drinking.

Fighting or challenging others to a fight.

Use of profanity and/or offensive language that could provoke a negative reaction from other patrons, staff, or performers.

Throwing, discharging, or launching any objects or liquids.

Igniting and displaying of flames.

Attempting to enter the performance areas without official credentials.

Interference with or delay of the event.

Use of laser pens/pointers and noisemakers.
