Alcohol Policy
All guests purchasing alcohol must present a valid ID for each purchase. We will ID everyone under 40 years of age.
No alcohol will be sold to guests who appear to be impaired.
There is a two (2) alcohol drink limit, per person, per transaction.
Alcohol sales on the concourses and in the seating areas will generally terminate at predetermined times based on the event and at the discretion of Fishers Event Center management.
Guests passing alcohol to minors will be ejected and subject to arrest.
Guests possessing alcohol, who do not have proof of being at least 21 years of age, will be ejected.
We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guests.
Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the Fishers Event Center per Indiana State law. Any attempt to bring alcohol into the Event Center will be considered a violation of the Fan Code of Conduct and may result in the guests being ejected, arrested or tickets being revoked.
All guests must finish and dispose of alcoholic beverages before exiting Event Center property. Alcohol may not be taken out of the Event Center.
Animals
Inside of Event Center:
Fishers Event Center will welcome certified, leashed service animals in accordance with the ADA title II and III Law. If you need assistance in advance of an event, please email GuestServices@ASMFishers.com to speak with our Guest Services team.
Please note, comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. Other species of animals, whether wild or domestic, trained or untrained, are not considered service animals. A doctor’s letter does not turn an animal into a service animal and unfortunately animals identified under these categories will be denied access to the stadium.
Outside of Event Center:
Event Day: For most events, animals are not permitted in exterior event related spaces such as the plaza or parking lot. Exceptions to this policy may vary based on event type. Certified, leashed service animals in accordance with the ADA title II and III law are permitted.
Non-Event Day: Dogs are permitted in areas such as The Plaza if on leash. All waste must be picked up and discarded in an appropriate container.
Automated Eternal Defibrillators (AEDs)
There are six total Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) accessible to the public in case of emergency.
Baby Changing Station
Every restroom at Fishers Event Center will contain a baby changing station.
Bag Policy
For quickest entry into the Fishers Event Center, we strongly recommend that you do not bring a bag on event day. If a bag is necessary, the bag (including all Diaper Bags) must meet the following criteria in order to enter the Event Center:
- Bags must be CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC and not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”. Bags cannot be tinted with color or include oversized content that prevents visibility into the clear bag.
- Only non-clear bags that are smaller than 4.5” x 6.5” will be permitted into the stadium.
- Any type of non-clear bag exceeding 4.5” x 6.5” in size will not be permitted.
- Diaper bags must be clear and comply with the Fishers Event Center Clear Bag Policy. Clear diaper bags that meet the Event Center’s bag policy specifications and accompany a child are permitted but are subject to search upon entry. Baby and infant care items such as bottled formula and small snacks may be brought into the Event Center, however, those items must be carried in a clear bag meeting the bag policy guidelines.
- Camera bags and cases that accompany any permitted personal device must meet the clear bag policy specifications or will be denied entry.
Exceptions to the Clear Bag Policy will only be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection by security personnel. Please ask for assistance at the door.
Guests with non-complying bags will need to return their items to their cars.

Banners, Flags and Signs
To be permitted inside of Fishers Event Center, banners, handheld signs, and flags must meet the below criteria:

Signs cannot be commercial, political, or obscene in nature.

Signs may not be affixed or hung anywhere within Fishers Event Center.

Signs may not be displayed in a manner that obstructs the views of other fans nor Event Center scoreboards/advertising signage.
-
The signs must be made of a paper or lightweight cloth-like material.
-
Signs cannot utilize wood, metal, plastic, or similar types of materials for support unless distributed by Fishers Event Center as a gate giveaway.

Maximum dimensions of a sign are 11” x 17”.

Signage cannot be battery operated or contain lights.

Provided banners, flags and signs are event related, in good taste as determined by Event Center security and meet the above guidelines, guests will be permitted to bring them into the stadium.

Signage not permitted within the Event Center will be disposed of by Event Center security unless the guest wishes to return it to their vehicle prior to entry into the stadium.
Batteries
Loose batteries, or batteries not used in a working, permitted device will not be allowed into the Event Center. Guests should be prepared to demonstrate the batteries operational use in a permitted device to Security Personnel upon request.
Certain electric or battery-operated apparel and signs are permitted for non-sporting events, unless specifically prohibited by event promoters. Please note, Fishers Event Security Personnel will review all unique circumstances relating to apparel and signage on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to deny access of items based on specific event requirements/requests and overall building policies.

Parents accompanying children may bring plastic bottles of non-frozen formula or milk inside of the Event Center, however these bottles must be carried in a clear bag meeting the Event Center’s Clear Bag Policy guidelines and are subject to search upon entry.
Cameras and Video Equipment Permitted:
Handheld digital or film cameras, including Go Pro cameras, with a lens less than 3” in length (non-detachable) are permitted into Fishers Event Center as long as their use does not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the event. Please note, camera cases and bags that accompany personal cameras must meet the Event Center’s Clear Bag Policy, otherwise they will be denied entry.
Not permitted:
Tripods, monopods, “selfie sticks” and cameras with a lens longer than 3″ (non-detachable) will not be permitted into the Event Center. Additionally, camera cases and bags that do not meet the Event Center’s Clear Bag Policy guidelines and specifications will not be permitted.
Please note that while digital cameras and related pictures are welcome and permitted (unless otherwise indicated within the Event Center), video cameras and video recording of events in any manner, or through the use of any device, is strictly prohibited.
Card and Mobile Payment Only (Cashless)
Fishers Event Center is a cashless building and will only accept card and mobile payment. All mobile vendors, concession stands, bars, and retail locations require the use of card or mobile payment.
Cell Phone Chargers
Individual cell phone chargers, including the charging block/cord and external rechargeable battery pack varieties, are permitted. Guests should be prepared to demonstrate the device’s operational use to security personnel upon request.
Children and Infants
Certain events at Fishers Event Center may require patrons be of a specific age. Please visit the Events & Tickets page on our website and click on the you are attending to view the age requirement prior to purchasing tickets.
The Tag-A-Kid program allows guests with young children to obtain a bracelet displaying parent and child information, as well as seating location. Visit our Guest Service Center located at Section 109 for more information: Have the parent or guardian complete the Wristband with the child’s name and parent information, and seating location. Place the wristband on the child in a manner that it will not slip off.

Baby changing stations are located in all public restrooms throughout Fishers Event Center.
Devices
Devices that are deemed suspicious by Event Center Security, in its sole discretion, are prohibited. Loose batteries without a specific device to operate are also prohibited.
Devices requiring the use of batteries that Event Center Security does not, in its sole discretion, deem suspicious or are not otherwise prohibited by security personnel and Event Center policy, are permitted. Guests should be prepared to demonstrate the device’s operational use upon request.

Clear diaper bags that meet the Event Center’s bag policy specifications and accompany a child are permitted but will be subject to search upon entry. Directions
Fishers Event Center is located north of Indianapolis, in the new dining and shopping destination Fishers District.
We highly recommend that you start by reviewing where your ticket will be located in the Event Center to find the closest parking lot and doors to reduce hassles on the way to the Event Center.
Once you’ve purchased your ticket, download or open the Waze app and input the address provided for your purchased parking location to get the most efficient route to your destination. Waze is the recommended GPS program with updated event day traffic plans and street closures, providing you with accurate directions and real-time traffic alerts.
If you live close to Fishers Event Center:

From the North, go south on I69 and take Exit 204. Travel East on 106th Street and go North on USA Parkway. Or going south on I69 take exit 205. Travel east on 116th street and go south on USA Parkway.

From the East, travel west on 116th street and head south on USA Parkway.

From the West, travel east on 116th street and head south on USA Parkway.

From the South, go north on I69 and take exit 204. Travel east on 106th street and North on USA Parkway. Then travel east on USA drive.
Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
There will be ten (10) electric vehicle charging stations available for our guests to utilize during events at Fishers Event Center on a first come first served basis. The use of charging stations are subject to applicable parking fees.
Elevators
Priority use of passenger elevators will be given to guests and Team Members with limited mobility.
Stairs should be used to navigate the Event Center whenever possible.
To ensure the safe and efficient operation of the elevators, we ask our guests to follow the directions of the elevator operators, the elevator lobby attendants, and other Event Center Team Members at all times.
Fishers Event Center is equipped with a public elevator located by Section 111 near The Garage Team Shop adjacent to the Northeast entrances.

Emergencies
Should you need immediate assistance, guests are encouraged to report issues and concerns to the nearest Security Personnel or any Event Center Team Member.
If you begin to feel ill while at Fishers Event Center, please visit the first aid section near section 111 for assistance.
In the event of an emergency at Fishers Event Center, team members, event security and police officers are available to assist all guests. Pertinent information regarding the emergency and evacuation procedures will be provided over the public-address system and on the Event Center televisions and scoreboards.
Entry and Exit
In the days leading up to an event, be on the lookout for the “Know Before You Go” e-mail that will include specific event day information and details. The “Know Before You Go” e-mail will help to prepare you for event day!
Entry timing and entrances in-use may vary by event.
There are three public entrances available:

There is a Suite Entrance located on the northwest side of the Event Center for guests with tickets to premium suites. (northwest side of the building)
It is the goal of Fishers Event Center to provide a safe and expeditious entry and exit from our Event Center for all events. Pedestrian flow at doors and in popular areas of the concourse are monitored in real time and event center personnel directed route adjustments may occur to provide the most expedient entry and exit from the event center. Please follow all directional guidance from event center personnel to ensure the most enjoyable entry and exit experience.

First Aid
Guests that require medical assistance are encouraged to contact any nearby Event Center Team Member or Security Personnel.
Trained emergency medical technicians (EMTs) are available to assist any guest in need at every Fishers Event Center event.
First-Aid is located on the lower-level concourse near section 111.
Food and Beverage
Outside food and beverage will not be allowed into Fishers Event Center. The only exceptions to the Food and Beverage policy are:
- Parents with small children may bring plastic bottles of non-frozen formula or milk, and small snacks inside of the stadium.
- Medically necessary food items inspected and approved by Security Personnel at the Event Center gates.
Gluten Free
Gluten-free items will be available at concession stand locations.
Guest Services Center
The Guest Service Center will assist guests with lost and found items, reuniting parents and children, answering questions, Event Center directions, and general information. The guest services center is located near section 109.

Inspection Policy
For fastest entry, please follow instructions of Security Personnel in the screening area.
All guests will be subject to security screening prior to entry inside Fishers Event Center, along with inspection of all approved clear bags and carry-in items. Security staff will utilize walk-through weapons detection and handheld metal detectors to screen all guests at security checkpoints.
If a guest does not feel comfortable with the weapons detection screening due to medical reasons, a physical pat-down will be conducted instead. Please have all bags open for security staff and be prepared to remove any item from inside the bag if requested for closer inspection. Guests electing not to consent to the weapons detection screening or physical pat-down along with a bag search will be denied entry.

We keep you connected at Fishers Event Center by providing complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the stadium, with over 220 access points. When you arrive near the Event Center entrances connect to “#Arena-FreeWifi" on your smartphone for the best experience.

Interpreting Services
Guests who may require interpreting services are asked to contact the guest services team at GuestServices@ASMFishers.com, no later than three (3) weeks prior to the event. We will do our best to meet guest requests, but we cannot guarantee the services for all events.
Lost Persons
A lost person should be brought to the Guest Service Center located at Section 109. You may also notify the nearest police officer or team member to further assist you.
Lost and Found
The Guest Services Team will be responsible for the collection, logging and tracking of all items deemed part of Lost and Found. Fishers Event Center will only manage property found within the facility and has no right or obligation to manage property found outside its grounds.
All property found will be documented, safeguarded and a reasonable attempt will be made to return items of found property to the rightful owners.
All found items will be registered in the Found Property Register and will tagged for identification purposes. Items found during an event will be help at the Guest Services Center by Section 109 until the event concludes. Any items not claimed by the event conclusion will then be stored in the 24/7 Security Office for no more than 30 days.
Any dangerous goods received will be immediately reported to law enforcement.

Noise Making Devices
Musical instruments or any types of noise making devices are not permitted inside Fishers Event Center. This includes, but is not limited to, items like electric noise makers, air horns and whistles.
Parking
Fishers Event Center is located north of Indianapolis, in the new dining and shopping destination Fishers District.
There will be more than 2,000 parking spots available at the Event Center.
Electric vehicle charging stations will be available for guests to utilize during events at Fishers Event Center. The use of charging stations are subject to applicable parking fees.

Re-entry Policy
In accordance with Fishers Event Center security procedures, guests may not exit and re-enter the Event Center using the same ticket.
Recycling
Please place all plastic and aluminum bottles and cans in the recycling container labeled “Bottles and Cans”. We also recycle paper, cardboard, and scrap metal throughout our operations. Recycling lessens our impact on the environment and saves resources.
Restrooms
Restrooms, family restrooms and a universal changing table will be available at Fishers Event Center. All restrooms will be ADA accessible and equipped with a baby-changing table. Please ask any staff member for directions to the closest restroom.
Scalping Policies
The unlawful resale of any event ticket on Fishers Event Center grounds, and/or event parking lots is strictly PROHIBITED and may result in the loss of ticket privileges and/or prosecution to the full extent of the law.
Security Screen Policy
For fastest entry, please follow instructions of Security Personnel in the screening area.

Sensory Kits
We will provide kits to fans with sensory sensitivities. Sensory kits will be available at the Guest Service location at Section 109 on the lower level.
Sensory Room Presented by DAMAR®
The Fishers Event Center sensory room is located at in the Guest Services Center at Section 109. The sensory room is open to our fans, guests, and customers with sensory sensitivities. The sensory room is open for all events at the Event Center from the time the Event Center gates open through the end of the event. Children using the sensory room must be accompanied by an adult.
On event day, please check in at the Guest Services Center at Section 109 with questions or assistance navigating to the sensory room. Access to the Sensory Room may be limited given certain circumstances (e.g., guests with extraordinary needs, demand, etc.).

Smoking
Fishers Event Center is a non-smoking, non-vaping and tobacco free campus. The use of any tobacco-based products, e-cigarettes and vaporizers, inside of the Event Center within the immediate gate plazas, is strictly prohibited.
Violators of this policy may be ejected from the Event Center.
Solicitation
Any unauthorized solicitation or commercial promotion on Event Center grounds (including parking lots) is strictly prohibited and may result in confiscation of promotional materials, citation, ejection, or arrest.
Standing
Guests are asked to enjoy the event from the comfort of the seat that is indicated on their ticket. Please keep in mind that when you stand, you may block the view of other guests behind you. It is not the intent to limit guest’s enjoyment of the game and cheering after great plays, but continuous standing in seating areas may negatively impact others enjoyment of the event.
Strollers and Car Seats
Strollers and car seats are not permitted inside of Fishers Event Center.

Ticket Office
Non-Event Day:
The Ticket Office is open Wednesday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. To purchase tickets in advance of event day, go to the specific event page on FishersEventCenter.com or www.ticketmaster.com. Purchasing tickets via any other online site could result in delayed entry to Fishers Event Center. Ticketmaster fees apply to all tickets purchased for events at the stadium, both purchased in person at the Box Office or online at www.ticketmaster.com.
Event Day:
Ticket Office hours will vary by event. Please refer to your events email communications prior to event day for specific details. You may purchase tickets on event day online at www.ticketmaster.com or at the Fishers Event Center Ticket Office during open hours. For sold out events, safe and secure fan-to-fan resale of tickets is available online at www.ticketmaster.com. Fraud prevention measures for day of event online ticket purchases may result in delayed delivery to the buyer. Purchasing resale tickets from any other online site could result in delayed entry to the Fishers Event Center. The Ticket Office is located near the Plaza, adjacent to the main doors. To search for ticket availability for Event Center events in advance of event day, please visit www.FishersEventCenter.com or www.ticketmaster.com.
Children’s Ticket Policy:

All single event tickets, including resale market, for Indy Fuel, Fishers Freight, Indy Ignite and other Fishers Event Center events will be available to purchase through Ticketmaster.com.

Ticketing Policy
Resale of event tickets by individuals, regardless of price, is prohibited at Fishers Event Center. Guests that purchase tickets from someone other than the Indy Fuel, Fishers Freight, Indy Ignite or Ticketmaster do so at their own risk as those tickets may be counterfeit. Fishers Event Center associates are not responsible for and will not provide a replacement or refund of any kind for invalid tickets purchased through a secondary ticket provider.
Umbrellas
Large umbrellas are prohibited. Umbrellas under 12 inches will be allowed in the Event Center and must remain closed.
Universal Changing Table
Located on the second level near Section 219, the Fishers Event Center provides a safe and private restroom equipped with a changing table that will accommodate everyone, including adults. The universal changing table can also be adjustable by height.
Water Fountains
Water fountains will be located and available for use on each of the main concourse levels inside the Event Center.
Weapons
Guests are not permitted to bring firearms or any other weapons inside Fishers Event Center, this includes off-duty law enforcement officials attending the event.
Wheelchair & Companion Seating
Fishers Event Center will provide wheelchair and companion seating on all levels. Please note that event day relocations are LIMITED and are not guaranteed but may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Check with your section seating host for availability of seats.
Personal chairs, stools, chair cushions or other seating equipment are not permitted inside of the Event Center.
Wheelchair Assistance
Fishers Event Center is pleased to provide wheelchair assistance for mobility impaired guests. Wheelchair assistance is available to guests upon entry into the Event Center on a first-come, first-serve basis. Requests for wheelchair assistance can be made by asking an Event Center team member or by visiting a Guest Service Center at Section 109.
Wi-Fi
