Fishers Event Center is a non-smoking, non-vaping and tobacco free campus. The use of any tobacco based products, e-cigarettes and vaporizers, inside of the Event Center or within the immediate entrances, is strictly prohibited.
Additional prohibited items and behaviors at Fishers Event Center include, but are not limited to:
- Abusive, foul, or disruptive language.
- Animals (except service animals).
- Aerosol cans or pressurized containers.
- Bags that do not follow the Fishers Event Center clear bag policy, including diaper bags and personal camera bags that do not meet clear bag policy specifications.
- Balloons.
- Batteries: Loose batteries, or batteries not used in a working, permitted device will not be allowed into the Event Center. Guests should be prepared to demonstrate the batteries operational use in a permitted device to security personnel upon request.
- Bottles, cans, glass, and other beverage containers.
- Cameras with lens longer than 3″ (non-detachable) and camera bags that do not meet clear bag policy specifications.
- Chairs, booster seats, stools, or other seating devices.

Costumes/Cosplay that meet the below description:

Outfits that impede your or other’s movement around you. All outfits and costumes must fit through a standard American doorway.

Costumes with any functional sharp edges or points that could be a risk to yourself or others.

Costumes which represent or incorporate the iconography, uniform, or appearance of persons or objects associated with prejudice or bigotry (e.g. Nazi imagery).

20th and 21st-century uniforms. These include any uniform that can be construed as a military uniform from any country, or a uniform worn in an official capacity, such as security guard, police officer, deputy, fire marshal, paramedic, etc. Active-duty military personnel are permitted to wear their government-issued uniforms.

Costumes and cosplays may not include audio elements. Low lighting elements are permitted but must be turned off once the show begins.

- Devices deemed suspicious by Event Center security in its sole discretion are prohibited. Guests should be prepared to demonstrate any device’s operational use upon request.
- Firearms.
- Food or beverage items.
- Hover-boards.
- Illegal drugs, or harmful chemicals.
- Inflated balls, including beach balls, or any missile or object that can be used as a projectile.
- Interference with the progress of the event (including throwing objects).
- Knives of any length.
- Laptops or tablets.
- Large Umbrellas – Must be under 12 inches to be allowed in the building.
- Laser Pointers.
- Lights.
- Masks related to health provisions are permitted; Other masks that cover or conceal identity are not permitted.
- This includes facial FX prosthetics such as fake noses. Horns and elf ears are fine and will be allowed into the venue, provided they will not impact the experience of the guests sitting on either side of you, or behind you.
- Noisemakers, including but not limited to, whistles and horns.
- Outside food or beverages.

Props and Weapons that meet the below description:

Props or items that can be confused for historical or modern weapons including self-defense equipment like pepper spray or tasers; recreational weapons like Airsoft, paintball, water, cap, or BB guns; sharp-edged tools like knives or scissors; or martial-arts weaponry including wooden practice weapons

Fantasy or sci-fi/futuristic weapons

Props that make noise or flash lights must be turned off for the show

- Pyrotechnics and fireworks of any kind including, but not limited to, flares, smoke bombs, or incendiary devices.
- Remote controlled aircraft or unmanned aircraft systems (drones).
- Signs or flags (larger than 11" X 17"), shakers, pom-poms or any item with a pole or stick unless distributed by Fishers Event Center as a gate giveaway.
- Strollers or car seats.
- Thermoses/Cups.
- Ticket scalping.
- Trespassing, soliciting, peddling, and loitering.
- Tripods, monopods, and Selfie-Sticks.
- Weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, knives, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons, and firearms.
**and/or any other item or action deemed dangerous, unnecessary, inappropriate or suspicious in nature, by any Fishers Event Center team member.**
Fishers Event Center Security personnel will review all unique circumstances on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to deny access of items based on specific event requirements/requests and overall building policies.
Fishers Event Center security personnel may inspect any item or costume or request that an attendee remove a costume item at any time during the event if it is interfering with others ability to view or enjoy the event. Failure to comply with these policies and/or the instructions of FEC Event Staff or security personnel may result in immediate removal from the building.
